Carousel

I'm craving for some nice buffet in Singapore, right at this very second. Thus, I went to Google and search for some highly recommended hotel buffets that are known for their innovative, exquisite and interesting varieties of dishes. Of course, I did managed to find one and its halal (which signifies that I can bring bibi there to eat with me after raye) ^^ This particular buffet restaurant has received a couple of good reviews made by several buffet guides and I assume that their food is pretty worthwhile. Yeah, it's none other than Carousel Restaurant Buffet @ Hotel Royal Plaza on Scotts. (Hotel being Owned by Sultan of Brunei)

I mean, they have a really interesting range of dishes from durian pancakes to seafood (crayfish, scallops, flower crabs and the list goes on and on). I guess that it's one of the most generous buffet that you have ever come across, as mentioned by one of the reviewer. GLEE. Haha, I just love local and international cuisines, though I somewhat prefer regional ones. After looking at the prices, it made me having the urge to dine there more, it's really pocket friendly at the price of $37 for lunch or $25 for high tea (weekdays range), $39 for lunch or $32 for high tea (weekends range).

Lunch or high tea? I'm uncertain as well, though many claimed that the high tea has better value. So it's pretty much up to me to doubt beyond reasonable doubt, Cognitive is infectious. Now you know.
